Agency Terms

Agenzies is operated by Agenzies, The Netherlands, registered with the Kamer van Koophandel under number 97968161, VAT number NL005299626B85.

1. Applying

Anyone submitting an application must be authorised to act for the agency. The information supplied must be accurate and complete, and must describe services the agency actually provides.

2. Review and approval

We review every application before publication. We approve an agency when it is a legitimate business, its application is complete and accurate, and its listing meets professional standards. We may ask for changes, and we may decline an application. Approval is never influenced by which technology an agency uses, whether it uses a competitor’s product, personal relationships, commercial pressure, or the likely commercial value of the listing. A reviewer with a material conflict of interest will not make the final decision.

3. Fees

Listing on Agenzies is currently free of charge. There is no fee, no tier above the standard listing, and no paid upgrade. We do not ask listed agencies for payment or card details.

We may introduce a listing fee in future. If we do, we will give every listed agency at least 30 days’ written notice by email, and no agency will be charged unless it actively agrees to the new terms. An agency that does not agree will have its listing removed at the end of the notice period, at no cost.

4. Your listing

You keep ownership of your name, logo and description, and you grant Agenzies a non-exclusive licence to display them on Agenzies and in material promoting the directory, for as long as your listing is active. You confirm you have the right to grant that licence, including for any certification marks shown on your profile.

5. Keeping it accurate

Tell us when something material changes — services you no longer offer, tools you no longer use, or a certification you no longer hold. We may remove a claim we cannot verify, and we may suspend a listing we find to be materially inaccurate.

6. Certifications

Only claim certifications you currently hold. We may ask for evidence, and we may set an expiry date after which we will ask you to confirm the certification is still valid.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any level of traffic, enquiries or business from a listing, and we do not guarantee a particular position in the directory. The default order is approval order.

8. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove a listing if the information is materially inaccurate, if the agency ceases trading, or if the agency breaches these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

9. Leaving

You can ask us to remove your listing at any time by emailing info@agenzies.com, and we will take it down. We keep your profile details on file in case you return; tell us if you would prefer them deleted and we will do so.

10. Data protection

We handle the personal data in your application as described in our Privacy Policy. Application contact details, certification evidence and internal review notes are never published.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects listed agencies we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
