The process
From application to live profile

Apply
Fill in the application form. It takes about ten minutes and covers your services, tools, certifications and contact details.

Review
We check that the business is legitimate, that the application is complete and accurate, and that it meets professional standards.
- 03
Approval
If anything is missing we tell you exactly what to change. Once approved, your profile is published and your verified mark is activated.
- 04
Go live
Your profile appears in the Agency Finder straight away, in the order agencies were approved. We email you the link so you can check it over.

Straight answers
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. Listing on Agenzies is free while we build the directory out. There is no tier above it and no paid upgrade — every listed agency gets exactly the same profile and the same treatment.
- Will it always be free?
- We may introduce a listing fee once the directory is established. If we do, every listed agency will get at least 30 days' notice by email, and nobody is charged without agreeing to it first. You would be free to leave instead.
- Can I pay for a better position?
- No, and there is nothing to pay for. The default order in the Finder is the order agencies were approved in. If we ever introduce sponsored placements they will be clearly labelled as such and kept separate from the standard results.
- What are the approval criteria?
- Three things: you are a legitimate business, your application is complete and accurate, and your listing meets professional standards. We do not consider which technology you use, whether you compete with anyone we work with, or how much commercial value your listing might have.
- Can I change my profile after it is published?
- Yes. Email us the changes and we will update your profile. Certification changes need fresh evidence so the verified mark stays meaningful.
- Can I be removed?
- Yes, at any time — email us and we take the profile down. We keep your details on file in case you come back, and you can ask us to delete them entirely.
