1. How long does approval take?

We aim to review and respond to all applications within 5 business days. If we need more details, we'll contact you directly.

2. Can I update my profile later?

Yes! Once your agency is listed, you can submit updates to your profile at any time. Changes are reviewed before going live to ensure quality and accuracy.

3. Do I have to pay to be listed?

Yes, our listings have a small fee to ensure the quality and credibility of Agencies listed on the site. The price for Agencies to be listed is currently €65 per month, or €54.17 per month when paying annually (€650 annually, 2 months free compared to the Monthly Plan).

4. Why do I have to pay to be listed?

At Agenzies we only want to work with Agencies who are serious about their work, and we believe that adding a small fee to the listing will filter out the Agencies who do not meet our quality standards. The fee also supports ongoing platform improvements.

5. How do certifications work?

Certifications must be valid and verifiable. We require proof upon submission. All certifications expire after 12 months, and we'll remind you to renew them.

6. Which countries do you currently cover?

We're starting with agencies in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Norway, The Netherlands, Sweden and The United Kingdom, but will expand to other regions soon. If you want to list your agency in a country not listed above, reach out to us at info@agenzies.com to request your country to be added.

7. What if my application is rejected?

If your agency doesn't meet our standards right now, we'll explain why and invite you to reapply after the issues are addressed.

8. Can I request a new Agency Service or Tech Solution to be added to the application form?

Yes! We are constantly looking to expand the options, so please reach out via our contact form to let us know which Agency Service or Tech Solution you would like to see added. We will evaluate each request separately.
